Routine appointments
Please call at reception or telephone during surgery opening hours on 020 8940 2423 to make an appointment with the Doctor or Nurse.
Once you are registered at the Practice you are free to consult any of the Doctors, except in an emergency, when you will be seen by the Doctor on duty.
You can also book appoinments online, please ask at recption to register for this facility.
Cancelling your appointment
If you cannot keep your appointment please let reception know as soon as possible.

Home Visits
Whenever possible, please try to attend surgery, as the doctors can see several patients in the surgery in the time it takes to carry out a visit to your home. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the practice. For these reasons, we ask our patients to come to the practice if possible. You may only request a home visit if you are housebound. Lack of transport, childcare arrangements, or financial reasons will not be considered as meriting home visits.
If you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception on 0208 940 2423 before 10:30. The doctor may phone you back to discuss your problem as it may be able to be managed with telephone advice. Alternatively, the doctor may consider that it would be more appropriate to arrange a hospital visit.
